How to File a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that your copyrighted material has been infringed upon, you can file a DMCA notice. The notice must be submitted in writing and must include the following information:
Identification of the copyrighted work: Clearly identify the copyrighted work that you believe has been infringed. You may include a description of the work and any registration information if applicable.
Identification of the infringing material: Provide the URL(s) or exact location(s) of the material on darkbf.com that you believe is infringing your copyright. The more specific you can be, the better.
Your contact information: Include your full name, address, telephone number, and email address where we can contact you.
Statement of good faith belief: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
Statement of accuracy: A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
Your physical or electronic signature: A signature from the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Once we receive a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will review it and, if appropriate, remove or disable access to the infringing content within a reasonable timeframe.

What Happens After a DMCA Takedown Notice or Counter-Notice?
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will remove or disable access to the alleged infringing content within a reasonable timeframe. We will notify the user who posted the material that it has been removed or disabled.
If we receive a counter-notice, we may restore the removed material unless the copyright owner files a lawsuit in the appropriate court within 10-14 business days. In case of a counter-notice, we may re-enable access to the removed content after the 10-14 day period if we do not receive a valid objection from the original copyright holder.
Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA, we have implemented a policy to terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers. We may terminate access to the site for any user who infringes the copyright of others repeatedly or who violates our terms of service related to copyrighted content.
Disclaimer
Please be aware that submitting false claims of infringement can lead to legal consequences, including potential liability for damages. If you are not the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf, submitting a false DMCA notice could result in a counterclaim for damages.
